At Campussutra, we strive to ensure you love your fashion picks, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Log into your Campussutra account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is packed in its original packaging with all brand tags, invoices, and accessories included to pass our mandatory quality inspection.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once the request is raised, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method or the replacement item will be dispatched.
